About the Author
Dr. Sunita Tandulwadkar is a visionary leader and an accomplished professional in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology, known for her pioneering contributions to Infertility treatment, Endoscopy, and Regenerative Medicine and Stem Cells. With over three decades of experience, she has transformed the landscape of Reproductive Medicine and Gynecological Surgery in India. As the Head of the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Ruby Hall Clinic, Pune, she has established one of the most advanced fertility and endoscopy centers in the country.
She has headed multiple organisations like MSR POGS IAGE, founder, president of society of Ovarian Rejuvenation just to name a few. As she assumes the presidency of FOGSI representing over 46,000 Gynaecs across the country, she envisions transformative agenda for women’s healthcare in the country. It is her passion and compassion for the patients that has led to this flagship project of Sampoorna.- swastha Janma abhiyan – where she has emphasised on preconception care, which is a right for every woman before embarking on this important journey of Motherhood. Through her leadership, she continues to inspire her peers and set new standards for the medical community.
Dr. Ashwini Kale is the director of Asha Kiran Hospital and Asha IVF Centre, Pune. Her core specialities are high risk obstetrics and Infertility. She has been an active office bearer of various organisations like VP of POGS, past treasurer MSR, MCM ISAR currently the joint secretary, FOGSI. She’s been awarded many prizes by FOGSI like the Shanti Yadav prize for Infertility, SUN IAEC travelling fellowship, FOGSI MOVICOL awards to just name a few. She has also presented many research publications and has been an invited faculty nationally
