Slide Seminars in Hematopathology – A Case Based Approach

This book has 115 fascinating cases and is divided into three sections – Benign, Malignant and Lymphomas. The aim of this book is to make the reader aware of the presentation, morphology with microphotographs, salient description of each case with key diagnostic pointers and relevant immunophenotype and molecular characterization along with a brief about treatment as per latest guidelines. Brig. Dr. Tathagata Chatterjee is an Alumnus of AFMC Pune and AIIMS Delhi. MD (Pathology) DM (Hematopathology, AIIMS) FUICC (USA) FNAMS, FICH, FISHTM. He is presently President Elect of Indian Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion. He is trained in Oncopathology from TMH Bombay and in Molecular Hematology and Flow cytometry from St Judes Children Cancer Hospital USA. He is the first DM Hematopathology from AIIMS, Delhi. He was formerly Senior Professor and Head, Dept of Molecular Medicine Army Hospital Research and Referral, New Delhi as well as Dept of Immuno-Hematolgy and Transfusion Medicine, AFMC Pune. He was also Senior Consultant Armed Forces (Pathology and Hematology). He has received numerous orations and is the recipient of numerous National and International awards. He is highly respected in his profession and mentored numerous students. He has 200 publications with H-index of 21 and over 2000 citations. Presently he is Senior Professor and Head, Dept. of Hematology, and Senior Professor, Pathology, ESIC MCH Faridabad.

Dr. Shilpi More is Assistant Professor (Pathology) at ESIC Medical College & Hospital, Faridabad, with a strong inclination towards Hematopathology. She earned her MD (Pathology) from UCMS, New Delhi, and completed advanced training in Molecular Hematopathology at ACTREC, TMC, Navi Mumbai. Dr. More has published extensively in leading national and international peer‑reviewed journals.

Dr. Ankur Ahuja is a dedicated and accomplished Professor of Pathology at the prestigious AFMC, Pune with academic degrees in MD Pathology from AFMC, Pune and DM in Hematopathology from AIIMS Delhi. He is widely recognized for his deep commitment to medical education. An avid academician and researcher, Dr. Ahuja has authored numerous publications in esteemed national and international journals and books.

Dr. GPS Gahlot, a respected and accomplished Professor of Pathology, with post-doc Fellowship in Oncopathology from AIIMS, New Delhi. Dr. Gahlot has authored numerous research publications in reputed national and international journals, particularly in the fields of oncopathology and diagnostic histopathology.
